Tonight over 100,000 young people will find themselves on the street.
1 in 7 of those experiencing such homelessness will have been physically or sexually abused.
1 in 3 of those youngsters will go on to try to commit suicide.
On October 7th our CEO Pete Watson and a few members of the Atlas Cloud team will be joining hundreds of likeminded people from the technology and business arena to give up their beds for one night.
We are taking part in this year’s Byte Night event which aims to raise money for vulnerable young people. Byte Night is one of the UK’s top 20 mass participation charity events having raised over £8.4 million since the first event.
The money raised will help thousands of children and young people across the UK to build better lives with secure accommodation, education and training opportunities and family support.
It’s happening at 10 different UK locations, which you can view here to see if you can get involved.
So far we have raised £557.46 of our £500 target!
Although we have already smashed the target, we are hoping to raise even more money for such a great cause.
