Job Summary

The primary purpose of this role is to build strong relationships with clients, whilst connecting with key business executives, IT and stakeholders. The Account Manager should answer client’s queries and identify new business opportunities. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Service desk and service management) to improve the entire customer experience and maximise revenue. Working with IT leaders to support in the delivery of strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders & decision makers within client accounts
  • Work with clients to develop strategic account plans to maximise the customer foot print.
  • Maximise the LTV of each client
  • Hit upsell, cross-sell and conversion targets
  • Forecast and track opportunities in Atlas Cloud’s CRM system
  • Communicate opportunities to internal teams
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent service
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of Atlas Cloud’s portfolio of products

Objectives

  • Meeting individual objectives set by CEO
  • Overall performance of this role will be measured by customer satisfaction, revenue growth and renewals.

Requirements

  • A successful track record in B2B account management
  • Experience with Office 365
  • Experienced working in IT managed services.
  • A friendly and outgoing personality capable of developing strong business relationships
  • A target driven outlook with the ability to identify opportunities & deliver results
  • The ability to self-motivate, prioritise and manage your own workload
  • A strong competitive drive and eagerness to succeed, whilst creating an ethical working environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
