Perform and manage network configuration backups to ensure rapid recovery and compliance.

Maintain and respond to network alerting systems to pre-empt issues and reduce downtime.

Maintain and support on-premises and cloud-based network infrastructure.

Create and update technical documentation, including network diagrams, and support materials.

Support cloud networking initiatives within Azure, including deployment of virtual firewalls and routers.

Use network monitoring and configuration tools (SNMP, NetFlow, Syslog, etc.) to proactively maintain the environment.

Ensure internal and customer-facing networks meet performance, security, and reliability standards.

Advise clients and stakeholders on networking best practices and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

Essential

Minimum 5 years’ commercial experience in traditional networking (routing, switching, firewalls, security)

In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, WAN/LAN, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, etc.).

Familiarity with variety of networking vendors (Dell, HP, FortiGate, Ubiquiti etc)

Proven experience working with:
