A few weeks ago, the team here at Atlas Cloud attended the 2016 North East Business Awards after being shortlisted in both the Innovation and Services award categories. Hosted by BBC presenter Charlie Charlton, the night consisted of 11 awards to be given away and plenty of great food and drink.
We were honoured to be awarded the Services Award which was sponsored by Sintons. The decision for the Services Award was based on demonstrable strength in the following areas:
- Service Excellence
- Service Differentiation
- Business Growth
- Innovation
They looked at the achievement of business goals while delivering a market-leading service to their customers of each nomination. The judges also used evidence of service excellence to determine their final decision.
With great customer service being the very core of our business, we are delighted to be recognised for our efforts and are very proud of the entire Atlas team.
Due to our success, we will now also be attending the North East Business Awards Regional Finals on the 21st April. Fingers crossed for everyone shortlisted and we’re looking forward to another great evening.
